Overview

Preferences

By clicking on the "Preferences" section of the admin panel you can change some of the sites preferences
The settings here will effect the whole site.

• Website Alignment - Lets you align the website left, center or right of the screen.
• Content Side Panel - Puts the side panel on the left or right or it can be turned off completely.
• Website Tracking Code - If you have a website tracking account such as Google Analytics you can paste their tracking code in here.
• Delete Website - This will completely delet your website from the internet.

Designing your Website

Logo

The logo section allows you to create a logo based on google fonts as well as upload your own logo and background.
You can create 3 different lines of text in the text boxes and change their font size, font type and colour.

• Background Height - Sets the height of your header
• Logo Upload - Allows you to upload a logo from your computer
• Background Upload - Allows you to upload a background which can then be positioned, tiled or stretched

You can drag and move any of the items in your header by simply moving them with your mouse on the website.

Navigation Bar

The navigation bar section allows you to style up the navigation bar above your content which should contain your main pages.

• Button Width - Sets the width of each button
• Button Background Shape - Sets the shape of the buttons
• Button Height - Sets the height of the buttons
• Button Spacing - Sets the spacing between each button
• Round Corners - Sets how round you would like the corners of the buttons
• Border Size - This sets the width of the border.
• Text Styles - Sets the link colour, font size and font type of the buttons
• Border Colours - Sets the border colours of the buttons
• Background Colours - Sets the background colours of the buttons
• Transparent Backgrounds - Allows you to have transparent buttons

Content Panel

The content panel section allows you to style up the box in which your content is placed.

• Content Box Width - This sets the width.
• Round Corners - This sets how round you would like the corners.
• Border Size - This sets the width of the border.
• Text Styles - This sets the text colour, link colour, font size and font type.
• Border Colours - This sets the border colours.
• Background Colours - This sets the background colours.
• Transparent Backgrounds - This allows you to have a transparent content box.

We would recommend that both the side panel and the content panel do not exceed 1200px in width. This will gaurantee your website will display properly on all screen sizes.

Side Panel

The side panel section allows you to style up the box in which your sidelinks and calendar is placed

• Side Box Width - This sets the width of the side box
• Round Corners - This sets how round you would like the corners of the side box
• Border Size - This sets the width of the border.
• Text Styles - This sets the text colour, link colour, font size and font type of the side box
• Border Colours - This sets the border colours of the side box
• Background Colours - This sets the background colours of the side box
• Transparent Backgrounds - This allows you to have a transparent side box

Backgrounds

The backgrounds section lets you select the type of background you would like for the website.

• Solid Background Colour - Just one solid colour in the background
• Gradient Background Colours - Select 2 colours to fade the background into
• Image Opacity - If a background image is selected you can set the opacity level to give a fading effect
• Image Backgrounds - Choose one of our backgrounds or upload your own. Choose where to position it or stretch it across the background

Profile Tools

Profiles

• Profile Gallery Width - Set the width of the images on the profile pages.
• Display Settings - Optional settings.
•  
• Allows you to edit the profile name.
• Edit Profile - Pops up a box for you to edit the profile, add images, stats, descriptions, categories etc.
• Meta Tags - Set the meta title, meta description, meta tags for each profile.
• Show - Displays the profile on the website, under the chosen areas and categories
• Homepage - Displays the profile on the home page.
• Delete - Completely removes the profile from the website.

Categories

• Gallery Width - Sets the width of the profile boxes on the category pages.
• Text Styles - Set the text colour, link colour, text size and font type of the profile boxes.
• Display Settings - Optional settings.
•  
• Allows you to edit the category name.
• Edit Category - Navigates in the background to the chosen category page.
• Meta Tags - Set the meta title, meta description, meta tags for each category page.
• Side Links - Adds the category to the side panel as a hyperlink.
• Navigation - Adds the category to the navigation bar as a hyperlink.
• Delete - Completely removes the category from the website.

Areas

• Gallery Width - Sets the width of the profile boxes on the area pages.
• Text Styles - Set the text colour, link colour, text size and font type of the profile boxes.
• Display Settings - Optional settings.

• Allows you to edit the areas name.
• Edit Area - Navigates in the background to the chosen area page.
• Meta Tags - Set the meta title, meta description, meta tags for each area page.
• Side Links - Adds the area to the side panel as a hyperlink.
• Navigation - Adds the area to the navigation bar as a hyperlink.
• Delete - Completely removes the area from the website.

Reviews

If you display our reviews form, clients can leave reviews for your models.
Clients can leave a star rating, name, telephone, email and a description of their experience.
The review is automatically added to the reviews panel ready for approval.

• Display Settings - Optional settings of where to display reviews.
•  
• Approve - Approving the review adds it to the website.
• Edit Review - Drops down the review for you to edit before approving.
• Delete - Completely removes the review from the website.

Pages, Galleries, Forms etc

By clicking on the pages section of the admin panel you can create and edit all the pages for your website.

• Entry Page - Creates an entry page to the website with an enter or leave button.
• Main Pages - These cannot be deleted but don't have to be displayed on the website.
• Other Pages - All pages, galleries, forms etc that are created.
• Allows you to edit the page name
• Content Page - Opens the page in the background for you to add content. Read More
• Gallery Page - Pops up a box for you to upload images to your image gallery. Read More
• News Page - Pops up a box for you to add your social network accounts. Read More
• Links Page - Pops up a box for you to add external links and banners to the links page or bottom of the home page. read More
• Meta Tags - Set the meta title, meta description, meta tags and additional meta information. Read More
• Sidelinks - Tick to add page to the side panel. You can re-order links in the side panel by dragging them into a different position.
• Navigation - Tick to add page to the navigation bar. You can re-order the buttons in the navigation bar by dragging them into a different position.
• Delete - Completely removes a page from the website.

Content Page

To add a new content page simply click the "Add New Page" button.
A drop down will appear, enter the page name and press "Create Page".
The page is now created and appears under the heading "Other Pages".

The name you give the page will appear as the link on the website.
You can edit this name at any time by clicking on the yellow pencil icon.

To add content to the page click the "Edit" icon.
You can now click in the content panel behind the popup to start adding content

When you click on the content panel a content editor bar will appear.
The content editor has many options such as bold, italic, underline, inserting images etc.
There are no save buttons in the content editor. All changes are automatically saved.

Gallery Page

To add a new gallery page simply click the "Add New Gallery" button.
A drop down will appear, enter the page name and press "Create Gallery".
The page is now created and appears under the heading "Other Pages".
To add images to your gallery click the "Edit" icon.

This will popup another box like the one below.
Click the "Image Uploader" button to add your images.
Once you have uploaded all your images you can tick the ones you would like to display
You can also drag and drop them to re position the order in which they appear.
The "Display" buttons lets you choose different gallery displays for your images i.e. slideshow, thumbnails etc

Please note that free users can only create 1 gallery. Paid users can create unlimited.

Form Page

To add a form page simply click the "Add New Form" button.
A drop down will appear, enter the page name and press "Create Form".
The page is now created and appears under the heading "Other Pages".
To and and remove form fields click the "Edit" icon.

This will popup another box like the one below.
Here you can set the fields you would like to include in the form
You can also specify the email address in which the form gets sent and the colour of the form fields.

Please note that free users can only create 1 form. Paid users can create unlimited

External Page

To add a new gallery page simply click the "Add External Page" button.
A drop down will appear, enter the page name and press "Create Page".
The page is now created and appears under the heading "Other Pages".

This will popup another box like the one below.
Here you can enter the web address you would like to link to.

News Page

From "Pages" click the "Edit" button next to the news page
This will popup another box like the one below.
To add a social network stream simply click on an icon and enter the address of your account i.e. https://www.twitter.com/hornydesigns
The news page will display all the social network feeds from your social network accounts
You can adgust the display settings of your social network feeds:

• Content Box Width - This sets the width.
• Round Corners - This sets how round you would like the corners.
• Text Styles - Sets the text colour and link colour.
• Background Colours - Sets the background colours.
• Transparent Backgrounds - This allows you to have a transparent.

If you selected to show the social network feed in the side panel then a widget will be created using these settings.

Links Page

From "Pages" click the "Edit" button next to the links page
This will popup another box like the one below.
From here you can add new links by clicking the "Add New Link" button
This will create an empty row in which you can click on the yellow pencil and name, the name is not overly important and could just reflect the website name
You can now click the "Edit" button next to the link and either upload a banner and add the website address or paste in the html code that generates a website banner
You can now tick the boxes to display either at the bottom of your home page, the links page itself or both.

Meta Tags

Meta information is very important from a search engine point of view.
Search engines like Google and Bing use meta information to display results in the search engines.
It is highly recommended to setup unique meta information for each page based on the pages content.
Be sure to include words in which you would like to appear in the search engines for.

In the "Pages" click on the "Metas" icon to edit the meta information.
A drop down box will appear where you can add meta titles, meta descriptions, mata tags and other metas for each page.

Calendar

The calendar is a side panel widget we have created. It will only show if you have the side panel visible in "Preferences"

From the admin panel slide out click the "Calendar" button
Here you have the following option:

• Show Calendar - Tick this box if you want the calendar displayed in the side panel.
• Text Styles - Sets the colours of the text, active days, speach bubble text and arrow colours.
• Calendar Background Colours - Sets the colours of the calendar and calendar buttons either solid colour or gradient.
• SpeechBubble Background Colours - Sets the colours of the speach bubble either solid colour or gradient.

Below the style options is the calendar and a text area
Simply click on a day in the calendar and enter the relevant text in the text area.

Webstream Services

HornyDesigns has incorporated all of Webstream's amazing software into your admin panel.
With a Webstream account you can offer webcam facilities, video clips and phone chat directly from your website.
To setup your webcam account click the "Webcam" button from the admin panel
At the bottom is a signup form with 4 options.
You can choose to signup as a performer
Or as a studio (if you want multiple performers on the website)
If you already have a Webstream account you can select to integrate it into your admin panel.

Once signed up you can now:

• LiveCam: Offer pay per minute webcam on your website
• CallConnect: Offer pay per minute phone chat on your website
• ClipStore: Upload videos and sell them on your website
• Connect your account to Twitter to send automatic posts
• View statement of accounts
• Request payouts

To insert your LiveCam button, CallConnect button or your Clipstore into a page
Navigate to the page where you would like the button to appear and click in the content editor.
From the content editor click "insert" and then choose which option you would like to add.

Email

Create unlimited email addresses for your website and use our webmail to access them.
You can also use pop3 to add your email account to any other email package such as Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook etc.

Email Accounts are only available to paid users of HornyDesigns

Sitemap Creator

Create sitemap.xml file for your website.
Sitemaps are used by search engines to identify all pages on your website.
You can specify a change frequency, page priority and whether or not to include pages.

Site Stats

View detailed statistics regarding your website visitors
Find where your visitors are coming from, your popular keywords in the search engines, popular referral websites and more.
